The Window Guys LLC ("The Window Guys," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who have opted in. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms (the "Build Your Price" online quote tool or the "Book an In-Home Estimate" form at https://www.windowguysmn.com), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.

The types of messages we send include: estimate details and price ranges, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes, project coordination, customer care responses, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your estimate or project. You will typically receive messages only in response to a request you have made or an appointment you have scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile plan. The Window Guys is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

4. How to Opt Out (Reply STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Message delivery is on a best-effort basis.
