Monthly Window Giveaway The Window Guys LLC · Minnesota

Effective July 22, 2026 MN Lic. BC809328

Official Rules amended effective August 5, 2026 — Entrant Pricing Notice added; mail-in entry format expanded to accept Sponsor's official printed entry card. No change to eligibility, prize, odds of winning, or the equal weighting of the two entry methods.

Official Rules amended effective August 11, 2026 — Ramsey County added to Sponsor's service area under Section 4. This amendment expands eligibility only: no entrant previously eligible has been made ineligible, and there is no change to the prize, the entry methods, the equal weighting of the two entry methods, or the drawing schedule. Entries from otherwise-qualifying Ramsey County homeowner-occupants are accepted from the effective date forward, including for the Entry Period then in progress.

Section 01Sponsor

The Sponsor of this promotion is The Window Guys LLC ("Sponsor"). Minnesota Residential Contractor License BC809328.

The Window Guys LLC PO Box 190
Cedar, MN 55011

Section 02Promotion Period

This is a recurring monthly sweepstakes. The first Entry Period begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on July 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 31, 2026. Each subsequent monthly Entry Period begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the last calendar day of the same month (each, an "Entry Period").

Each Entry Period is administered as a separate sweepstakes with its own pool of eligible entries and its own potential winner. Entries do not roll over from one Entry Period to any later Entry Period.

Sponsor's computer, website server, entry platform, or other official timekeeping method is the official timekeeping device for online entries. Central Time controls all dates and times stated in these Official Rules.

Section 03Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, meet all of the following criteria:

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family member" means spouse, domestic partner, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they reside.

The following are not eligible:

Section 04Service Area

The sweepstakes is open only to eligible Minnesota residents whose prize installation property is located in one of the following Minnesota counties:

ANOKA · CARVER · DAKOTA · HENNEPIN · RAMSEY · SCOTT · SHERBURNE · WASHINGTON · WRIGHT

Properties outside these counties are not eligible for prize fulfillment, regardless of any other factor. Sponsor may publish a more specific ZIP-code list for administrative clarity. In the event of conflict between a ZIP-code list and this county-based service area, the county-based service area controls unless Sponsor publishes amended Official Rules before the start of a future Entry Period.

Section 05How to Enter

There are two equally weighted methods of entry. Both methods produce one (1) entry into the monthly drawing with equal odds of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household per Entry Period, regardless of method used.

Method 1 — Online Entry

Visit windowguysmn.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form, providing the following required information:

Online entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on the last calendar day of the applicable Entry Period.

Method 2 — Mail-in Entry

Hand-print the following information on a 3" x 5" card, or hand-complete Sponsor's official printed mail-in entry card as distributed by Sponsor, providing:

Mail the completed card with proper postage affixed — either enclosed in a stamped envelope, or, where Sponsor's official printed entry card is used, mailed directly as a stamped postcard — to:

The Window Guys Monthly Sweepstakes PO Box 190
Cedar, MN 55011

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last calendar day of the applicable Entry Period and received no later than the third (3rd) business day of the following month. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope or, for entries mailed as postcards, per individually mailed card.

Illegible, incomplete, postage-due, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or mutilated mail-in entries are void. Entries photocopied, mechanically duplicated, or produced in bulk by any person other than Sponsor are void; Sponsor's official printed entry card, hand-completed by the entrant, is a permitted entry medium and does not render an entry void. Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays, delivery failures, or mail processing issues outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor's quote configurator, including any tool branded as "Quick Price," "Build Your Price Online," or similar, is optional. Use of any quote tool is not required to enter, does not provide additional entries, does not improve odds of winning, and does not affect winner selection.

Section 06No Required Social Media Activity

Entry into this sweepstakes does not require sharing, liking, commenting on, tagging, reposting, reviewing, following, messaging, or otherwise interacting with any social media post, page, profile, group, account, or advertisement belonging to Sponsor or any third party.

Social media activity will not provide additional entries, improve odds of winning, or affect winner selection.

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, or any other social media or online platform. By participating, entrants release such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the sweepstakes. Any social media references to the sweepstakes are for announcement and promotional purposes only.

Section 07Marketing Communications

Submission of an entry does not subscribe the entrant to marketing emails, text messages, autodialed calls, prerecorded calls, sales calls, or other marketing communications.

Exception — Entrant Pricing Notice: As disclosed at entry, each entrant not selected as the winner will receive one (1) email after the applicable drawing containing Sponsor's entrant-exclusive pricing. This single, disclosed program email is part of the Promotion and is not a subscription to marketing communications; it will include an unsubscribe mechanism. All other marketing communications remain subject to the entrant's separate, optional consent.

Any marketing communications from Sponsor require entrant's separate, optional consent through a clearly labeled checkbox or other legally valid opt-in method. Declining marketing communications does not affect entry validity, odds of winning, or eligibility to win.

Sponsor may contact entrants as reasonably necessary for non-marketing sweepstakes administration purposes, including entry confirmation, winner notification, eligibility verification, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and prize fulfillment.

Section 08Privacy

Information submitted with entry may be collected and used by Sponsor for administering this sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, notifying potential winners, fulfilling prizes, complying with legal obligations, maintaining required records, preventing fraud or abuse, resolving disputes, and, where separately authorized by entrant, sending marketing communications.

Sponsor's full privacy policy is available at windowguysmn.com/privacy. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their submitted information by contacting Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1, subject to Sponsor's legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and record-retention obligations.

Section 09Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per monthly drawing, subject to verification of eligibility, property qualification, and compliance with these Official Rules.

The Grand Prize

A credit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) toward one (1) professionally installed window replacement project performed by Sponsor at the winner's primary residence ("Prize Credit"). The Prize Credit applies to eligible window units, standard professional installation labor, and BetterVue mesh or Sponsor-selected equivalent premium screen material on all installed prize windows.

How the Prize Credit is applied. Following the site visit described in Section 13, Sponsor will prepare a written project scope and price for the winner's eligible windows using Sponsor's standard retail pricing, meaning the same rates and price schedule offered to Sponsor's customers who are not sweepstakes winners. The Prize Credit will be applied against that project price. Every winner receives the full $10,000 Prize Credit. If the project price is less than the Prize Credit, the credit covers the full project and any unused portion of the credit is forfeited; the amount of the credit the winner uses is determined solely by the scope of the winner’s chosen project. If the project price exceeds the Prize Credit, the winner may, at winner's sole option, pay the difference to complete a larger project; the winner is never required to make any payment to receive the full benefit of the Prize Credit as applied to a qualifying project within the credit amount.

Redemption period. The Prize Credit must be redeemed — meaning the written installation agreement described in Section 16 must be signed — within ninety (90) calendar days after the drawing date. Any Prize Credit not redeemed within this period is forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner per Section 14 or retire the prize for that Entry Period.

No cash value. The Prize Credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed, exchanged, or substituted for cash, check, refund, discount on unrelated services, gift card, or any other consideration. The Prize Credit is non-transferable and non-assignable, applies only to the winner's verified primary residence, and may not be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions unless Sponsor agrees in writing.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $10,000 USD. The value actually realized by the winner depends on the scope of the winner's chosen project. ARV does not include any items listed in Section 11.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if a listed product, material, screen type, or component becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, restricted by law, or impracticable to provide.

Section 10Eligible Windows

To qualify for prize installation, each prize window must meet all of the following:

The following window types and configurations are not eligible for prize installation:

Section 11What is Not Included in the Prize

The Grand Prize does not include and Sponsor is not responsible for the following, all of which are the responsibility of the winner if applicable, unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in a separate signed writing:

If permits are legally required for installation, winner is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for such permits unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Sponsor may decline to order materials or begin work until required permits or approvals are obtained.

Winner may purchase excluded items, upgrades, repairs, additional windows, or additional services from Sponsor at Sponsor's standard retail rates, subject to Sponsor's acceptance and a separate written agreement. Any such purchase is optional, must be agreed to in writing before manufacturer order of the prize windows, and is governed by Sponsor's standard service terms, not these Official Rules.

Once prize windows are ordered, no changes, upgrades, substitutions, or additional paid options may be made unless Sponsor agrees in writing.

Section 12Winner Selection and Drawing

The drawing for each Entry Period will be conducted on the fourth (4th) business day of the following month at approximately 8:00 PM Central Time, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. The drawing for the first Entry Period will be conducted on Friday, September 4, 2026.

Sponsor intends to conduct each drawing via live broadcast on Sponsor's official Facebook page at facebook.com/TheWindowGuysMN. Sponsor will use a random number generator, random-entry selector, or comparable random selection method to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

If technical issues, platform restrictions, weather, emergency conditions, staffing issues, or other circumstances prevent a live broadcast, Sponsor may conduct the drawing off-broadcast using the same or comparable random selection method and post a recorded video, written winner announcement, or other confirmation within a reasonable time.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Sponsor's decisions regarding entry validity, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding, subject to the objective eligibility and prize criteria stated in these Official Rules.

Section 13Winner Notification and Verification

The selected entrant is a potential winner unless and until eligibility, property qualification, and compliance with these Official Rules are verified by Sponsor.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected entrant by telephone and email within twenty-four (24) hours after the drawing using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, outdated, incomplete, blocked, filtered, or unreachable contact information provided by entrant.

The selected entrant must complete all of the following:

  1. Respond within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor's initial notification attempt to confirm potential acceptance;
  2. Complete a verification call with Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days after acceptance, during which Sponsor may verify eligibility under Section 3, service area under Section 4, and review the Prize Credit under Section 9;
  3. Provide requested documentation reasonably necessary to verify age, Minnesota residency, property ownership, primary occupancy, authority to authorize work, and prize-installation property location;
  4. Schedule a no-cost site visit within fourteen (14) calendar days after acceptance, during which Sponsor will assess the property, confirm which windows meet the eligibility criteria in Sections 10 and 11, and prepare the written project scope and price described in Section 9;
  5. Review and approve the written project scope in writing before any window order is placed;
  6. Sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release as applicable under Section 18, IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required to administer the sweepstakes; and
  7. Sign a separate written installation agreement before any installation work begins.

Failure to complete any required step within the stated time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Section 14Alternate Winner Selection

Sponsor may disqualify a selected entrant and conduct an alternate drawing from the remaining eligible entries in the applicable Entry Period's pool if the selected entrant:

Sponsor will repeat the alternate selection process as needed until an eligible winner is confirmed or the applicable Entry Period's eligible entry pool is exhausted.

Sponsor's determination of eligibility and window qualification will be based on the objective criteria stated in these Official Rules and reasonable construction judgment applied to those criteria, not on Sponsor's open-ended discretion.

Section 15Redemption and Installation Timing

The Prize Credit must be redeemed within ninety (90) calendar days after the drawing date as described in Section 9. After the winner signs the installation agreement and all required documents, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to schedule and complete installation promptly, subject to manufacturer lead times.

Actual installation timing is subject to manufacturer lead times, product availability, weather, site conditions, required permits or approvals, winner availability, Sponsor scheduling availability, labor availability, delivery timelines, supply-chain conditions, and other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor is not responsible for manufacturer discontinuation, supply-chain shortages, force majeure events, weather delays, labor shortages, permit delays, association approval delays, winner-caused delays, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor will communicate material delays to winner in writing when reasonably practicable.

Section 16Construction Agreement

The prize installation will be governed by a separate written construction agreement between Sponsor and winner. The construction agreement, not these Official Rules, governs the installation work, installation standards, performance guidelines, warranty rights, repair rights, dispute procedures, change orders, upgrade purchases, and any other construction-related matters.

The construction agreement will include or incorporate, as applicable:

Winner will receive signed copies of required documents. Sponsor may decline to order materials or begin work until the construction agreement and all required documents are fully signed.

Section 17Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and consequences arising from receipt or acceptance of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor expects to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to winner reflecting the fair market value of the Prize Credit as actually applied to the winner's project, including window units, premium screen material, and standard installation labor. Sponsor expects to report the prize as miscellaneous income, commonly Box 3, subject to applicable IRS instructions and future IRS guidance.

Winner must complete and return a valid IRS Form W-9 before any portion of the prize is awarded. If winner fails to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or if backup withholding is otherwise required by law, Sponsor may withhold and remit amounts as required by applicable tax rules.

Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Winner should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the Grand Prize.

Section 18Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Grand Prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, city or county of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, statements about the prize or installation, and photographs or video of the completed window project for Sponsor's advertising, marketing, publicity, social media, website, email, print, video, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner also agrees to allow Sponsor to place a reasonably sized yard sign at the property for the duration of the installation and up to thirty (30) days following completion.

Sponsor will not publish winner's full street address. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts not to publish interior images that reveal private personal information, minors, sensitive possessions, security details, or areas of the home unrelated to the prize installation without winner's separate consent.

Winner may decline interior photography or video that is not reasonably necessary to document installation quality or prize fulfillment. Sponsor may still require reasonable exterior, product, project-completion, and winner-confirmation documentation as a condition of prize administration and promotional use, except where prohibited by law.

Section 19General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, drawing, verification, and prize fulfillment, subject to the objective criteria stated in these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, acts in bad faith, attempts to manipulate the drawing, interferes with the sweepstakes, harasses Sponsor or other participants, or otherwise undermines the fairness, integrity, or lawful administration of the sweepstakes.

Use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, macros, programmed entry methods, vote exchanges, paid entry services, commercial sweepstakes subscription services, artificial identity creation, duplicate household manipulation, or other artificial methods intended to increase odds of winning is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, undeliverable, delayed, corrupted, blocked, filtered, or misrouted entries, emails, calls, messages, mail, or other communications; technical failures; website failures; platform outages; data loss; unauthorized access; typographical errors; printing errors; human error; or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

If the sweepstakes becomes technically corrupted, impaired, unfair, fraudulent, unlawful, or incapable of administration as intended for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the affected Entry Period or the sweepstakes as a whole and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.

Section 20Record Retention

Sponsor will retain entry records for each Entry Period for a minimum of one (1) year following the drawing date. Records may include entry information, winner contact information, eligibility verification materials, drawing documentation, prize award documentation, tax documentation, and installation documentation.

Records will be made available upon lawful request from authorized Minnesota state agencies or other governmental authorities as required by law.

Section 21Disputes; Governing Law

These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to the sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the sweepstakes, entry process, drawing, winner selection, eligibility verification, or prize award shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

Section 22Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 23Winner List

A list of confirmed monthly winners will be posted at windowguysmn.com/giveaway/winners following confirmation of each winner.

A copy of the winner list for any specific Entry Period may also be requested by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

The Window Guys Monthly Sweepstakes — Winner List Request PO Box 190
Cedar, MN 55011

Winner list requests must be received no later than six (6) months after the applicable Entry Period.

Section 24Short-Form Advertising Disclosures

Any abbreviated advertisement, social media post, flyer, sign, email, landing page, or other promotional material promoting this sweepstakes should clearly disclose, in substance:

Short-form advertising must not state or imply that sharing, liking, commenting, buying, booking an estimate, completing a quote configurator, leaving a review, or interacting with Sponsor on social media is required to enter or improves odds of winning.

Section 25Contact

Questions about these Official Rules may be directed to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1 or by email to athomas@windowguysmn.com.

Section 26Double Entry Periods

From time to time, Sponsor may designate limited-time "Double Entry Periods," announced on The Window Guys' Facebook page and/or website. Each eligible entry received during a designated Double Entry Period will be counted as two (2) entries in that month's prize drawing; entries received outside a Double Entry Period count as one (1) entry. Double Entry Periods do not change how many times a person may enter — each eligible entry is simply weighted double in the drawing. All other terms of these Official Rules remain in full force and effect.

Current Double Entry Period: 12:00 AM CT Wednesday, August 19, 2026 through 11:59 PM CT Sunday, August 23, 2026.
